Empathy Souls is an ardent advocate of the Human-to-Human Economy. We believe that getting to the core essence of each person’s identity – young or old – we can start to truly understand their true motivations, their desires and their aspirations and ability to achieve them. In this way, it does not matter what their past is, it’s their present we affect and their future and those around them that transforms! This is a much-needed positive impact on the Black African Caribbean community as we are often marginalised, overlooked and left to our own devices which does not encourage growth, limits our education and development.

The aims and objectives of Empathy Souls, an outreach organization empowering, educating, and nurturing the Afro-Caribbean black community are:
Empowering
To empower the black community by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.
Educating
To educate the black community about their rights, history, and culture, and provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in life.
Nurturing
To nurture the black community by providing them with a safe and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
Building Stronger Communities
To build stronger communities by promoting unity, collaboration, and cooperation among the black community and other communities.
Advocating For Social Justice
To advocate for social justice by speaking out against discrimination, racism, and inequality, and working towards creating a more just and equitable society.
Encouraging Leadership
To encourage and develop leaders within the black community who can inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on society.
