Welcome to Empathy Souls, a community interest company dedicated to education, empowerment, and development of the global Black African Caribbean community. Our goal is to provide a one-stop solution for all members of the community from ‘cradle to grave’ that crosses each phase of our lives such as Early Years, Youth Development, Personal & Professional Development and Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Empathy Souls is an ardent advocate of the Human-to-Human Economy. We believe that getting to the core essence of each person’s identity – young or old – we can start to truly understand their true motivations, their desires and their aspirations and ability to achieve them. In this way, it does not matter what their past is, it’s their present we affect and their future and those around them that transforms! This is a much-needed positive impact on the Black African Caribbean community as we are often marginalised, overlooked and left to our own devices which does not encourage growth, limits our education and development.

At Empathy Souls, we offer a wide range of programmes, workshops and resources to help you improve your engagement with our audiences which may have, previously been hard to reach.  We work with organisations, corporations and individuals to ensure that your services are easily accessible and recognisable to the Afro-Caribbean community as well as provide training, support to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are uppermost in all your marketing and delivery materials. Our Empathy Souls Management Team, our Board of Trustees and Delivery Partners are made up of individuals who are experienced Leaders within their fields and are passionate about the education, empowerment and nurturing of the global Black African Caribbean community. 

We are proud to be a CIC, which means that we are a social enterprise with a focus on social impact.  Our profits are reinvested back into our organization and community, allowing us to continue to grow and make a difference.
